Swissreg – patent database

The patent database provides information on active and cancelled patents in Switzerland as well as pending and cancelled national patent applications. You will also find the official publications of new registrations and changes to the register in the database. As an owner or representative, you can manage your IP rights directly via the database.

In the patent database, you can find information on active and cancelled patents in Switzerland and published national patent applications. Use the data to find out more about protected inventions and the current status of patents. You can also search specifically for all official publications, such as patent grants, address changes and cancellations, and monitor them if necessary.
