Dealing with Know-How in Cooperation Agreements
Seminar content
In this seminar, participants will learn how agreements should be formulated so that nothing stands in the way of a successful cooperation with third parties. Clearly defining in advance of a collaboration who is entitled to which IP rights, who registers which IP rights, what is subject to confidentiality, which uses are permitted, what licences can be granted and which intellectual property belongs to whom, avoids experiencing any unpleasant surprises. Participants will learn and understand the most important contractual elements of a cooperation agreement and will receive specific guidelines for their daily work.
