You can send us the Word and PDF files available for download on the document and links page, as well as other documentation, by email. Please be sure to read the Terms of Use as well as the list of procedures for which submission by email is permitted.

Submission by post or courier is, of course, open to you for all procedures. The options available for each procedure can be found on the page submitting documentation for procedures.

You can submit various requests securely and easily online:

• Trade mark application

• Register change for trade marks, patents, designs and supplementary protection certificates

• International trade mark registration

• Current account debit order

We will be happy to send you all our communications electronically so that you can easily process, forward or archive them. You will first need to register with a recognised delivery platform and then apply to us for electronic delivery of communications for your chosen IP rights and procedures.
