The IP Advisory Network

Free initial consultation on issues concerning patent protection and software copyright protection

Patent attorneys from Switzerland and Liechtenstein who participate in our network, advise small and medium-sized enterprises as well as individuals free of charge for up to 45 minutes on issues concerning patent protection and the software copyright protection. During this initial consultation, you can clarify your most pressing questions, find out how to proceed further and whether a further consultation would be useful. In this case, the patent attorney will be happy to tell you the additional costs.

Patent procedures can be complex and costly, and preparing a patent application requires in-depth specialist knowledge. We therefore recommend that you seek professional advice. This will increase your chances of obtaining an effective and commercially valuable patent. If your patent application contains errors or deficits right from the start, these can often no longer be corrected or can only be partially corrected. As a result, your invention may not be fully covered and the granted patent may be of less economic benefit to you.

Advice from a patent attorney is generally subject to a fee. However, many patent attorneys offer a free first consultation in which you can clarify initial questions. You can easily find a suitable patent attorney in your region via the IP Advisory Network.

The initial consultation takes place directly in the offices of the participating attorney and is carried out by a qualified patent attorney.

Interested? Then please contact the patent attorney of your choice. Please note that you can only take advantage of a free consultation once.
