The IPI launched a public consultation on the Draft Ordinance for the use of Swiss Indications of Source for Cosmetic Products on 29 August 2016 in accordance with Art. 50 TmPA (see media release, pdf in German).

Interested professional and trade associations as well as the Cantons had the possibility of expressing their opinions on the draft and submitting their specific proposals until 30 September 2016.
