The Monitoring Office for Technological Measures (OTM) assesses evidence of misuse of technological measures via its own monitoring or based on reports.
Do you believe that a technological measure is impairing the authorised use of copyright protected content? Then report it to the OTM using this report form.
Investigations
The OTM has maintained an archive of all investigations and reports since it was founded. They are available to read in German, French and Italian only.
