Conditions for protection
Copyright protection applies for works that meet the following conditions:
- It can be classified as literature or art
- It is the creative result of an intellectual effort
- It has individual character
It does not matter how much effort or money has been used to create the work. In each individual case the court will have to decide if the conditions for protection have been met.
